The Sound Experience!

In this transformative workshop we’ll explore the depths of self-expression through spontaneous dance, music, and vocals. As each session unfolds, you’ll tap into your natural creativity and free-flowing movement. The experience culminates in a collective concert of attendees experiencing improvised movement & music- a celebration of sound and motion!

All levels welcome! No previous dance or singing experience necessary!

Meet our workshop facilitators!

Donna Penna- Workshop Producer, Dance & Theater Sessions Facilitator

Donna started her career in the 80’s and spent the following 20+ years as a Fitness Instructor, Dancer, Choreographer, Teacher, Performing Arts School Owner/Instructor, Event Producer, & Artist Manager. She was founder and choreographer for a semi-professional dance troupe and held the position of Artist Manager and Special Events Producer. Donna is currently the creator and instructor of Expressions of the Soul for Women & Youth, Theater Speak, and is returning to the events scene as CEO of Sound Media Productions and Producer of The Sound Experience and choreographer of Embodied dance company.

Gabe Toth- Vocal Session Facilitator

Gabe Toth brings 40 years of industry experience to his role as a sight-reading pianist and vocal coaching expert, having performed in diverse settings from churches to Broadway, touring companies, colleges, and cruise ships. His musical journey began early as a major soloist in a boys choir and a professional church organist at just 11 years old.

In addition to his classical training in voice, piano, and organ, Gabe is well-versed in jazz and rock music and proficient in guitar, bass, and drum kit. With 40 years of performance experience as a show band pianist, entertainer, vocalist, arranger, and orchestrator, Gabe has honed his skills in various musical genres and settings.

With 28 years of teaching experience, Gabe provides personalized weekly evaluations and tailored curriculums to help students of all ages and levels grow, advance, and see progress regularly. His passion for nurturing the love of music and the joy of creating it shines through in his teaching approach. As an alumnus of The Pennsylvania Governor’s School for the Arts and Berklee College Of Music, Gabe Toth is dedicated to sharing his expertise and fostering a lifelong appreciation for music in his students.

Catherine Campanaro- Drum Circle Facilitator

Catherine creates loving connections through uplifting experiences.

Whether it’s through a personally crafted ceremony, a shared rhythmic drumming experience, or a one-on-one spiritual direction session.

Her goal is to leave you feeling more hopeful about life throughout all its many stages.
