Expressions of the Soul for Women Classes

Experience a flow of expressive movement that helps release trapped emotions and energy. This supportive class allows you to explore and let go of past experiences, foster a deeper connection to your mind, body, and spirit, and activate the joy within you.
The Sound Experience Workshop
Step into a day of creativity and connection through movement, music, and vocal exploration. This dance, vocal, and music workshop invites you to uncover your unique inner voice and awaken your authentic expression through improvisation in a safe and fun experience. We’ll close the day with a participants’ improvisational concert that celebrates the journey. Reconnect with your body, your voice—and something beyond yourself!
